We want your experience with Wattle & Wonder Ink to be smooth and joyful. Here are answers to our most common questions:
Orders
How long will my order take to ship?
We pack and send your books within 2-4 business days of receiving your order. You’ll get an email confirmation once your order is on it’s way.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you’ve made a mistake, please email us at wattlewonderink@outlook.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will do our best to help.
Shipping
Who do you ship with?
We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Every order comes with tracking.
How long does delivery take?
Standard post: approximately 2-6 business days within Australia (regional areas may take longer). Delays can happen during busy times like Christmas.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we only ship within Australia. But our books are available through global distribution channels - see our Buy books page for more details.
Refunds and Returns
What if my book arrives damaged or faulty?
We’re sorry if that happens! Please email us at wattlewonderink@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Do you accept change of mind returns?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns if you have simply changed your mind.
