Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 2-4 business days of payment being received.

Delivery method
We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Tracking is included on every order.

Delivery times

Standard post: approximately 2-6 business days within Australia.

Delays may occur during peak times (e.g. Christmas) or due to postal disruptions.

International shipping
We currently ship directly within Australia only. If you're outside Australia, you can purchase Once Upon a Gumtree through Amazon and other online booksellers.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are set at a flat rate of AU$10 for orders within Australia.
